Nutritional Mini CHef
Delicious meets nutrition in the kitchen. Students will learn how to make healthy meals tasty.
Choose one menu option per class from the variety of menu options of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts below to make in a class in your own home. A custom menu can be made if there are dietary restrictions in the class. Before the day of class, the teacher will email/text about ingredients and supplies needed. You can provide the ingredients for the class or the teacher can for a "cost of groceries fee". All kitchen supplies must be provided by the household.
Please note that Chef Amanda cooks with only clean oils, such as Irish butter, coconut oil, olive oil, tallow and ghee. All meals are made gluten free and can be made dairy free.
Please inform Chef Amanda of any and all allergies/dietary restrictions beforehand so that she may prepare the class according to the needs of the students.
Please make sure your kitchen is clean and ready for when the teacher arrives so class may be taught in a sanitary environment.
Fee:$140 per student/activity
Additional fee may vary depending on which meal is selected.

Nutritious and Delicious Meals
BREAKFAST
Coconut Milk Chia Seed Pudding
Coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract.
Topped with a choice of mango, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple and raspberries.
Omelet
Eggs, mixed in a choice of: onions, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, zucchini, feta and or olives. Cooked in butter, olive oil or coconut oil.
Steak and Eggs
Steak and eggs with a side choice of sweet potatoes, zucchini, avocado and or sprout salad. Cooked in butter, olive oil or coconut oil.
Protein shake or Smoothie
Protein shake: protein powder, coconut water, ice, banana and peanut butter.
Smoothie: A choice of fruit and veggies, liquid and super foods. Strawberries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, pineapple, mango, and watermelon. cucumber, spinach, cauliflower celery and greens powder. Coconut water, almond milk or water. Dates, honey or stevia/monk fruit.
LUNCH
Tuna Salad/ Sandwich
Tuna, avocado, Chosen Foods Mayo, pickles, onion, celery, mustard, dill, salt pepper.
Stir Fry Protein and Veggies
Pick your protein: chicken (breast or thigh), steak, ground beef or turkey, salmon or halibut.
Pick your veggies: Zucchini, cabbage, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, sweet potato or rice.
Jar Salad
A choice of greens: romaine lettuce, arugula, spinach, sprouts and fresh herbs chopped; dill, parsley, cilantro, chive and mint. Assembled with a choice of carrots, cucumbers, apple, blueberries, onion, cabbage, olives, nuts and seeds. If desired goat cheese.
Build your own Bowl
Choice of protein, veggies, herbs, seasonings/sauce, rice and or salad. Asian, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, or Persian flavor.
All lunch and dinner menu items can be for either meal time.
Breakfast and desserts are flexible about time of day made in class.

Choice of protein: ground beef, steak, chicken or fish. Corn tortilla.
A choice of toppings: lettuce, mango and pineapple salsa, purple cabbage, DF sour cream, avocado cilantro, onions and mushrooms.

Apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, stevia or monk fruit, maples syrup, GF oats, butter, coconut sugar and salt.
Banana Bread
Ripe bananas, eggs, butter and or coconut oil, coconut sugar and or maple syrup, vanilla extract, GF flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Chocolate beet cake or Carrot cake
Chocolate cake: Eggs, butter or coconut oil, maple syrup and or coconut sugar, vanilla, chocolate bar, cocoa powder, GF flour mix, baking soda, baking powder, salt, grated beets.
Carrot cake: Eggs, butter or coconut oil, maple syrup and or coconut sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, GF flour mix, baking soda, baking powder, salt, grated carrot and raisins.
