Art
A variety of art classes, such as sketch, paint and crafts. Students will develop artistic skills which will build upon each other through these classes as they practice in class and on their own. Sketch: Students will learn about perspective, proportions, depth, shapes, shading and details. They will bring to life on paper what they see. Sketching Classes available: Beach Gulf View (Morning/daytime) Beach Sunset (Evening) Animals at Naples Zoo (First Saturday of the month) Exotic Plants at Naples Floral Still-Life Palm Trees Wild Life Portrait Landscape It is recommended that each student takes sketching classes before they take painting classes. For example, the students takes the Beach Sunset sketch class and then they may take the beach sunset painting class. Nutritional Cooking
In Home Class: Delicious meets nutrition in the kitchen. Students will learn how to make healthy meals tasty. In these classes, students will learn how to: -Time manage as they cook.-Learn nutritional facts about the foods they prepare in class. -How to use a knife.-How to properly clean as they cook.-Become intuitive to flavor combinations, building a nutritious meal. Students will start with simple basic kitchen skills and meals. In each class the skills will build from one class to another. They will learn more techniques and more complex meals as they develop their culinary skills.
